Levels of Connection

When we think about connection there are three levels- connection to self, connection to others and connection to the world around us.

In the video Lucy takes us through the different Levels of Connection and gives some points on how we can assess how we're doing.


Exercise:

  1. Take a pen and a sheet of paper and draw three concentric circles.

  2. Starting in the center with Connection to Self and working out give yourself a score out of 10 for how connected you feel.

  3. Then go back to the center and for each level write down one thing you could do to make yourself feel more connected.
