How Am I Doing?

We are so used to asking the question, how are you doing? But how often do we take the time to ask ourselves, how am I doing?

In this video, Lucy explores how we can make time in a busy day to stop and notice how we are feeling.

Exercise:

Find a quiet, comfortable place whether standing or seated. With your feet planted on the floor if standing or your hands on your lap if seated, close your eyes. Take a couple of deep breaths in through your nose and out through your nose and ask yourself these questions….

  1. How is my body feeling right now?

  2. How is my energy today?

  3. How am I feeling emotionally?

Next time you feel like things are spinning too fast take a beat and make space to ask yourself how am I doing?
